Mikhail Shelkov's Empathy Foundation handed over gifts to children's social rehabilitation centers and kindergartens in Verkhnyaya and Nizhnyaya Salda. Sixty-six boxes with developmental toys, clothes and shoes went to 30 locations in the two cities.
